....I have spent more money and time fixing my cars than running them. I got the A arm I busted on my XXT fixed last night and just busted the rear pivot plate  . My Xray T1 would loose traction at full throttle and I broke a shock and 2 rims on it the first day i installed the system. I feel like this thing is a curse!! :p

Electric cars just arent made for high speed motors. I think I would of been betetr of with an 8.5 or a 6.5. I cant see how people run the 3.5. It must be insane!

You can fidget around with the gearing...it's still going to be fast, but it helps alot. Think of it as super precise tuning. :P

Im afraid that if I get the geraing too low it will pop wheelies and roll backwards at full throttle.

:teacher: I just bought a 5.5. We'll see how that goes.

You gotta learn how to drive with all that power! I rarely broke anything on my Rustler when it had an HV4400 and 12 cells plopped in there (not the most powerful setup ever, but it sure does pack a punch in a stadium truck when it was designed for the Emaxx). Now I'm debating whether or not to try 12 cells on my MM5700...;) So it's safe to say that electrics CAN handle the power...it's just how you use and manage it is what becomes the main problem. It also helps to updgrade key components of the truck both in the tranny and on the chassis. :D

You can't rip it off the line like with a stock 15-20 turn. You just have to feather the gas more. ST have always been like this do to their weight....or lack of. :P
