You should probably fiberglas the hull. It might leak and the wood will absorb alot of water.

Put a turn fin on there or it's not going to go in a straight line lol. I know this from experience :p

Yeah, you'll definitely want to put a rear fin on there, and you'll pdobably want to seal the wood, fill it with styrofoam, and put weight in the nose so it doesn't do a backflip. And maybe add some weight to the bottom so f it does back flip it will flip back over automatically. Haha, it looks like it could be a lot of fun :) Heck, I might buid one. I live on the water and have a perfectly glass-smooth surface usually. Later :)
