Hi,
I'm having trouble filling my TC3 shocks. They are the composite ones and I can't seem to fill them without getting air trapped inside. I tried to fill them as described in the manual, but that leaves an air bubble in the cap. I also tried to fill them with the shaft fully extended and the cap full. Then, I turned the cap a couple of turns and compressed the shock to bleed out excess oil. I then tightened the cap completely and backed it out a couple of turns and compressed the shock again to try and bleed out excess oil, but none would come out, leaving the shock pressurized and the shaft difficult to compress.
If I managed to fill the shock in a way that the shock would compress and extend as described in the manual, then there would be air in the shock. Is there supposed to be a little air in there? I'm tempted to add a bladder so as to reduce the amount of air. How did some of you folks fill your shocks? Thanks.
