What Should Build Nitro Stampede Or Nitro Rustler

Heres the Story, I have a Semi Hopped Up Stampede, CVDS, Tmaxx Tank and metal Spur Gear and a ALL stock Nitro Rustler, I have 2 2.5's to go into each, Which one should i build? Nitro Stampede 2.5 or Rustler 2.5

stampede. its such a fun truck. with the rusty all you get is speed. with the pede you can jump it (it flies very well) wheelies and you can take it farther off-road. i had a nitro rustler and i traded it for a nitro pede. im very satisfied. i sill never got offers on the traxxas engine. you have any spares?

Nah i finally got 2 1 stock 2.5 and one 2.5r, i just picked up Grahite Shock Tower For the N pede :) SCmini had a nice motor forsale 50 bucks, check him out, my 2.5r isnt even complete but least i have 2 trucks 2 motors

AFTER Complete tear down, tranny Rebuild, New Ball bearings New tires Fuel line and TRX 2.5 :) wit a Traxxas tuned pipe :) sounds like a plan

you basically have my set-up but i have a custom cut Jato wheelie bar installed and my reciever box was relocated to the front and switch to the chassis plate facing down . its actually extremely balanced. im also running the M2K's but a CVEC pipe (nice). you should have a blast

I would go with the Stampede. Its alot more fun.

The only problem about the stamped is that the body is always located so high, like over everything.. Is there any way you can lower the body and maybe cut a hole for the engine so that it looks better? if you agree with the body being too high that is.

Yea i just had the body laying on, Im Going with a 57 chevy PIckup body by parma, Im going to send it out to ZMan and i want to paint it like the Old Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin only a NEWER imprived Nitro Verison, I just dont know what to call it. I dont think Nitro Pumpkin with the Horse and carage from the orginal decal redone would work but idk, may have said nitro Pumpkin sounds Chessy lol

I should Really Name it NightMare Because building it has been nothing But a night mare, Lol i bought a Grahipte Shock TOwer for it :) put it on, Found out would need to Mod The Shock Tower, AFTER it was all installed with all new hardware, Bearings didnt fit right in the front rims so i had to get new ones, Tranny was tared up so i had to tear down and mildly rebuild :) but now im close to have my running pede :)

haha it kinda has been a nightmare, you should name it that. i just busted an exle stub on my e-pede and nitro pede so i need to get a new pack lol. i was going to say something about the steel yokes again but i saw the other thread. hah

Lol even into today, A Nightmare Btwn the losy hardware and Brakes not working lol its almost done, i think im going to fire it up today

its all done went to go freakin drive, the fuel wont get from the bottom of the tank to the top of thecarb :( im still trying to get it fired up ill keep u posted on what happens lol
