RC WINCH

i have a tyco monster truck that i am running the snow. i have put 1/2 inch sheet meatle screews through the tires and i still get stuck. my freind and i go through the woods near my house to se who can get the farthest without help from anything other than what we can bolt up to our trucks so i mad a winch. i have yet to find a hill or path that i cant concer with this monster. all i did was take a motor out of a radioshack car wired it up to some 9 volt bateries drilled a hole through an old spur gear put it all together and BOOM i got a winch
have any of you guys don anything like this if so tell me about it id love to here about it

I used the radio from an old Radio Shack car and made a small container in the back of my car that you could fill up with sand and dump at the push of a button. It was fun watching my friends car skid all over! This was a long time ago, and the little thing barely worked.
