I have recently noticed that there were alot of questions and arguments on brushless motors. Well here are some links that might help anwser your questions. This link (http://www.gtdodd.demon.co.uk/) is to a company that sells brushless motors for all land based rc's including the emaxx. You can talk directly to the owner of the company for any questions you might have here (http://pub13.ezboard.com/fmaxximumtraxxasfrm65). At the moment he is on vacation but he will be back soon and there are many other people that can anwser your questions. Hope I could be of some help.

Dang, thanks 4 the link, i've got an e-maxx, and my dads got a Duratrax Axis. We were drivin them together, and his blew mine out of the water. So im looking at a brushless motor system. I couldn't find a price sheet, so do u know how much just a single motor and controller cost? P.S, does it have dual plugs to except 2 5 cell packs?

All the prices are UK so its 400US for a motor and controler setup. About the plugs, you make your own setup. Most of the BL guys use deans. You CANNOT use tamiya plugs. they can not handle the current and will melt (no joke) SO yes you can use 2 5 cell packs. That is what alot of guys do. it helps to spread the load out. By the way if you do get the BL setup you will need to beef up your drive train. CVDS are maditory.
