I built up my new Mini today but I need some stuff.

Batteries. NiCd's or NiMH's, no Lipo's (Charger?)

Motor, Indoor running, acceleration is the most important.

Servo, whats good, but not pricey

The cheaper the better, but I don't want to comprimise too much quality

Oh and I need a radio too, good and cheap aswell.
-do i need to get a receiver or does it come with one?

OK, I can help you with a couple things here. for batts, go with nimh. The higher the mah, the better. A good servo would be a Hitec hs-56. This should work, as I am guessing you mean a 1/18 scale car. I am not an expert at radios, I find that stock radios fit the bill for me fine. Hey, the car goes. I have heard good things about Futaba's radios, but I have no experience with theirs, other than the stock Evader radio (made by futaba). Some radios come with a receiver, but it may or may not work with your car. I hope this helps.
