Charging 3000's on intellipeak?

Hey guys i just got an intellipeak charger the lower model and a pack of sanyo 3000's. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on charging these. Besides getting another charger!!! Like should i cycle them first? how many times? should i discharge them ? how do i know whne to stop discharging? Well some help woud be great any other tips would be great to i dont wanna ruin these cells!!!!!!! thanks guys!!!!!

I would cycle them once and then use them normally. Since they're NiMH batts, don't worry about discharging them. Just let them cool to room temperature before you charge or use them.
