New motor problems

I have a new 19t orion motor that I am using with a Tazer 15t speedo. The problem is that they don't work together. The motor has caps and works fine when hooked directly to the battery (which is fully charged), and the speedo works fine with another motor. I don't get it. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

did you program your speedo? if not then that's the problem

I did, and it worked with another motor. Since I'm impatient, I threw my E-Maxx Lipo setup in there to see how the thing goes(I've never used the XX4 before). Turns out this is the setup I want to use, at least for now. I'm sure using the proper sized motor and speedo would be better blah blah, but if I can find a way to fit my 2S2P 4000mah Lipo in there without launching it all the time, I'll be happy with this.

I need info. Is the 19t orion showing signs of getting any power with the speedo?
