Well, I would say that the shells are nice and clean, but they seem a little simple (not basic, but yet not earth shattering).

Don't get me wrong he does have some very nice work.

The tricked out chevy is a savage, changed a lot from stock i would say. The front skidplate gives it away.

im needing to know more about the 18t wheels and tires.

You like those GT freak???!!!? those are "homemade" i believe those are 10th scale rims and tires with nubs CA clued on. take an old bungee strap and knock lil plugs. i took an old socket with the rigth inner diameter. then i ground the outer edges towards the inner making it sharp. then i just use a hammer and pucnh it thru making lil plugs. lil scrubbin on the tire to get a good tooth and some CA glue. they hold great and if you do lose a nub or two just carry some extras in your box and some glue and your all set! good luck!! and yes these things work sweet!! gives your more ground clearance and a good bite in loose dirt!!!
