Do you electric guys run foams on your e-sedans on asphalt?
If so, do you run 26mm? Will 30's fit on the rear?
If not, can you try and explain to me why?

I'm more of a nitro guy, but I'm wanting to get an e-sedan ready to run a little this summer (on asphalt)

Any suggestions on some tires for an electric?
Thanks!!

Personally no, I don't use foams on any of my cars running on asphalt, or any other paved surfaces(prefer on carpet only), they tend to wear out far too fast, & I prefer the more progressive feel of rubber tires(you can sense more easily when your car's about to lose grip so it can be easier to drive at the limit on less than perfect surfaces)....

Most newzealand on road mod drivers use foam on asphalt.

30mm will fit the rear of most chassis, but 26mm on front.

I use ellegi 37 shore fr and rr
But I have seen others using 30's.
up to you really.
See what the locals run would be my best advice.

The locals here don't run foams on electrics, so that's why I asked.
But we don't spray our Sunday parking lot track with soda either so...

If your just bashing I wouldnt suggest foams at all.
Try sorex 36R if bashing or HPI x Patterns for long life :)

I got so tired of wasting rubber tires I went to foams on electric tc in parking lots. I bought the hardest compound and am pleased so far. They are going to wear quickly though.

I would think harder would grip less and wear longer. Does it not?
