All the Gear, none of the preformance as ussual frpm Fantom and P2k , HELP!!!!!!!!

my motors are pritty new, about 3 months.....p2k and phantom, both trued comms, and sanyo matched 2400's and one 2000 i dont know why tought but the day be 4 the race my car was speddy...as usual, the ncomes race day i was sluggish, i trued the comm, broke in new brushes...still no speed like normal, i might of ovwer geared the motor, but i dont know http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/redface.gif

You cant overgear something if its by the instructions, and if it was working before, it should still work. Maybe you spun the pinion. Is it still moving at the same speed as before, or did the motor itself slowdown (try the motor out of the car). Tell us more info.

both motors them selves slowed down, i dont get as many rpms, could this be speedcontrol related, im running a tekin revearsable rebel,, 140 forword amps and its like a year and a 1/2 old, please helpbefore my race comiong up

MAybe it is from different brands and types of brushes, I STRONGLY reccomend the Reedy #767 brushes for the P2K, i dunno bout the fantom, but when you get those brushes, your comm will need to be cut sooner http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/frown.gif but your motor will be ballistic

If BOTH motors slowed down at the same time, it could be ESC related, 1 1/2 years isnt too bad though...
