Hello I just wanted to tell you that Nor Cal hobbies in Union City does not cater to beginner drivers. I bought a new TC4 and bought a new radio for it new tires for their track that I am not allowed to practice on. But it was okay before I bought the car. I understand that their are better pepole practicing but everybody should wait their turn. Would you put your racecar on the track with a bunch beginners on it? No I dont think so. Here is what happened, there were 3 begginers on the track, all of us with begginer cars but all of a sudden their was a 12 scale car on the track and of course the begginers were told to take their cars off the track and take them outside on the track that has very hard walls. If you are a begginer well that pretty much kills your car as I did. so after I broke my car I went back inside and of course had to buy a couple of new parts. I asked why do I have to run outside and was told the walls inside are made of a PVC plastic and are expensive to replace they said $500 i dont think any PVC in the world costs $500 So I said well what if I give you a deposit of $100 so if I break something you can replace it. I thought that would be fair but they said no so what I am trying to get at is i feel like I was cheated I bought my car to run on carpet so what I am going to do is not practice at all and when a race comes up I will race and probly destroy my car and other pepoles too. And then i will tell them that I am used to the track outside sorry but I dont get much practice on carpet.
