Try heating the bearing a little, it may come off, if it still doesn't, heat it and then whack it against something.

You could try a little penatrating oil or WD-40. Let it soak for several hours or more and then try it again.

If that doesn't work, then stab at it with a screw driver. Then yell at it and finally throw the car against the wall. If that doesn't work then buy a new left FRONT tire. Make sure it is the front tire, doing this will solve nothing. Be sure to put tabasco sauce all over your electronics then jump on them repeatedly. After that yell at the bearing again, then stab it with a popsicle stick untill it gets angry and yells at you. Then eat an apple. The bearing should come out.

Hmm... Ok.
Try covering it with soap inbetween and all around it. then try hacking at it with plyers, if it doesnt break, good for you, go got luck, but My bet it that you'll have to buy a new bearing no matter what. When you get the new bearing, if it goes on really tight, take a dremel to the axle, and LIGHTLY grind some metal away, then smooth and polish it.
take the spindle off, then thread the nut on just a few turns but not so much that it comes out the other side of the nut.
Now spray a light oil all over it.
Put the nut side down on a hard surface.
Take a deep socket or some tubing that will slip over the oppesite end from the nut and lay it against the bearing and tap it down towards the nut. you should be able to get it off the last few threads.
