Fine Design has made a Brushless conversion for most 1/8 buggys and truggies and MTs.

Fine Designs...its what I was going to use...then i read up about them...ill pass. A few of them were at a local race and the vehicles looked great. I talked to one of the guys that worked there or was the brother of the owner or whatever and he was cool. I found that you can make your own kit with better components for about the same or less expensive. Talk to Mike at RCmonster.com

I was planning on converting my LSPR to brushless and I ended up never doing it. If I was gonna do it I would DEFINITLY give Mike a chance. He seemed like a great guy.

PS- Damn, now I want to convert a Losi 8ight to brushless. I hate you all for putting ideas in my head

I plan to convert my Tazer to brushless after the holidays. I inquired in the brushless section and I got some good responses. It seems there are better ways to do the conversion than to go through some of the "brushless conversion" companies. Check this (http://forums.radiocontrolzone.com/showthread.php?t=229924) thread out for more info.
