Here is the latest 1/8 buggy by Piktor its called the rush 2.
The pro version will be out by Febbruary 2007...

Those almost horizontal shocks look amazing and also improve durability as they are out of harm's way.

I'm not very sure how I feel about the look of it with those lay down shocks.

The clear mudguards are kinda cool looking, but I seriously doubt that they will make it into production.

I want to know if it is up to the task of American tracks.

The shocks are sorta like the revo's. It's pretty cool.

Well european tracks are a lot tougher than American tracks...
we dont compress them with mills and put soap in them, their pure dirt and get destroyed in seconds..

European tracks may get torn up, but the also have very few jumps. For instance my local track has a almost 40 foot triple that just about any car bottoms out on. With the little bit of travel that buggy has it would do horrible on it.

True that, you do have more jumps, but a lot of skill is needed to carefully guide the car through a specific line on euro tracks as sometimes on wheel off the line and you loose seconds going through the ruts...

you do have pretty jumps, we will have like one 40ft jump per track and you may have like 3...
its like MX, your tracks are prefect and smooth with jumps in every possible foot, while euro tracks are rough extreme tracks with not that many jumps, although huge elevation changes..

Being formerly stationed in Europe, I have to agree w/ Mr balang
