sweet my TL01 is back up and running better than ever. I havent started my project TL01R yet. mostly due to saving up for a racing gokart sometime soon. I installed a used ESC (thanks nairb its a sweet ESC) new plugs (Duratrax power poles) and thats it. I gained a couple mph I think. It may only be because I havent driven a rc since late December. I'm going to regear it in the morning and see if I cant find a police officer who would gladly give me a top speed reading. You know whats amazing. The battery pack (that same old Radio shack 2200) that Ive been using for 8 months still had a 6 volt charge (dropped 1.26 volts since Dec. pretty good). bought a volt meter discharged it and charged it back up (first run 30 seconds). New reading 8.2 volts. :eek: I guess thats why the cells that are used are known as Greenie Meanies. Ive ran it for about 6 minutes today and still have a couple more minutes left of run time. was going to check voltage but the fuse popped (never going to check resistance again thats what did it). Well got to go. Figured I might give all of you a update on whats going on with my TL01.
