Where can I get a single CVD part?

A CVD in my Yokomo MR4TC SD came apart during driving, but I don't want to pay $20 for a new set.

Here's the exact part I need

It's for HPI, but it should work for my Yokomo right? It's the same hardware, right?

Ive done it before with a yokomo cvd and an hpi axle and hardware so it should work just fine.
