Do I need a 4-cell batt. for break-in?

All I have are stick packs, and the motor instructions say to use a 4-cell pack and run the motor while using motor spray and com drops. BTW I have the Speed Gems 2 13x2. Can I use my 6 cell 1500 that is peak charged? Thanks!!!!

What's this motor for? racing or bashing? if bashing, run the car at low trottle off the ground for a minute or so. If racing, I don't know because I don't race. Sorry :)

Yes, just go about half throttle.

Right, a 4 cell pack works best, but if you do a practice run on a 6 cell pack & take it real easy(especially avoiding using full throttle), then it should do the job just about as well, just don't push the motor too hard until the brushes are fully seated, so it'll be at its best when you need it to be..... :)
