Keep the motor nice and clean. Use hard springs and some good brushes (someone else will help you with the brush part). Have a good battery pack like a 2400 or 3000 and have a good ESC to get all the power to the motor. This is all i can think of. Other then the stuff i said ask someone on how to time your motor to get the most out of it cuz i really can't explan that to you....gotta have it infront of me in order to time it myself.

Good luck, hope i helped a little.

Keep the bearings lubed(trinity's Royal Oil is a very light Viscosity oil, and does a great job) Also, Warlock #600 Brushes are great, so are the Trinity 4338's, do not use the eyelet to attach your brush shunt, do a direct solder job to the hoods. Get a Comm Polisher(really, just a hard eraser) which can clean the comm, and the brushes. Also, if this was not done, shim up your motor, that is a good thing also.

GET YOUR MOTOR REBUILT! That is the best thing you can get done, ask your LHS if they do it, or some one else does, also, if they do not, go to your track, and ask one of the die hard guys to do it for a fwe bucks. When you spray out your motor with some motor spray, take it(the armerature) completely out.
