My motor sparks alot : HELP

A while ago i posted a message saying that my motor was smoking and wouldn't rotate. Well i fixed it so that it doesn't smoke, and it turns at normal speed. BUT, now it sparks alot more than i think it should. It is sparking where the brushes touch the spinning thingy. http://www.rccaraction.com/ubb/confused.gif

My motor did that too at one time. I got new brushes, and new springs, and now it dosnt do it near as much.

Is your motor running slower? If so, i would check the timing, making sure that it is not retard(don't laugh, grow up) timing.

You should get your comm turned and replace the brushes. If it's too far gone you'll have to buy a new motor (or armature).

AND! Put some diodes and capacitors onto it, they sometimes help a fair bit.
