Well, I got my first car!

First off, I would like to ask the mods not to ban this because this is most likely my last post and I want to let everyone know what I have been up to.


Here we go, Well, some of you know about 4 monthes ago I was trying to sell my R/C Cars to get a car because I got my permit, well, i sold one and saved up some money and bought a 1970 Pontiac Lemans about 3.5 monthes ago. It is a project car. I am going to restore it. I am now going to sell the last R/C car I have to get some more money so I can fix up my car some more. I get my license in 2 mothes and want to be able to drive it around.

Very sweet car. I remember my buddy in the military bought a 1970 LeMans down in Tx for only $3k and it was in excellent condition. Sure, it may of been pale-yellow in color, but it was definitely a sleeper mobile. :D

I would dearly love a WRX STI, but I simply cannot bring myself to selling my RC cars and trucks. So, I am savin' maahh pennies! Good luck with the LeMans project, stop by to see what's going on with RC. RC will always be waiting for you to return! (chanting "spend, spend, spend your money here!")

Update...Well, about 2 monthes before I got my permit, I decided the Lemans was too much work, it needed body work, interior work, and an engine rebuild, so I sold it and bought an 88 Pontiac Firebird formula 350 that is really modified.If you want to know more about it, feel free to ask.

I have been looking REAL HARD at those nissan 350z's. Those are some bad rides man. Anyone got some info on em ( lol, I feel like I am researching RC stuff)

hmmm, my mom has an 05 350Z real nice cars, fast handle good, only thing is its a two seater which is bad because you can only have one friend with you, but that car is still bad **** AND it has stock seat warmers
