How good of a truck is the new Kyosho Won Lap and how up gradeable is it???

I have one. It is a very complete kit. If you have no experience in r/c, it would be an excellent first on-road 4wd car. If you are used to high performance r/c it will disappoint you.

It is just as upgradeable as any other Kyosho on-road car. It comes with very little, so it needs upgrades.

It is a blast to drive. With the stock motor, it will run well over 30 minutes on a 3000mah NiMh battery.

I installed a Stinger 20T and still get 17+ minutes of 4-wheel drifting in the driveway.

It is virtually indestructible. The guys I run with are into bashing, literally. We end up demo derby all the time. The Won Lap has succeded in not being broken whilst running head on several times into an aluminum E-maxx! And it has taken out 2 Rustlers in demo combat by breaking suspension arms on them. It is one tough car!
