Just make sure it is a paint that is formulated to be used on a lexan body, if it is it should say so somewhere on the bottle. The reason you want to use a lexan paint is because they contain a chemical to help it bond to the lexan so it won't be chipped off so easily in crashes and impacts.

not nessacerally true I've been using createx paints for years and nowhere on the bottle does it say anything about being able to be used on lexan, same on some of the older Alclad II bottles of laquer paint I still have kicking around.

Your best bet is to test it on a peice of scrap lexan to see how it holds up to flexing.

Createx is the same thing as Fascolor, just packaged for crafting instead of modeling.

very true but that was not a well known fact back in the mid 90's, Also the manufacturer does not list lexan anywhere in there product descriptions.

either way laquer paint tends to etch itself on to the lexan I'm fairly certain that just about any laquer paint will bond to lexan with very little problem providing the surface is clean. If i'm mistaken i'm sure someone will point out why.

Paint formulated for lexan invariably has a flex agent added otherwise, the paint will peel off the first time it flexes. I've ruined many a good project because of this. I've even tried DupliColor's Adhesion Promoter in conjunction with their Automotive touch up spray (lacquer) and I had extensive peeling and lift-off. Save yourself soem grief.... use paint made SPECIFICALLY for lexan. :)
