I have an old RC10 buggy, I think it's similar to the B2. It says it's the "championship edition" or something. It has to be ten years old. Can anyone confirm that it is a B2, so I can stop saying "I think".
There are a lot of great parking lots near my house, but the tires get destroyed on the asphalt. What do I need to know about the tires/wheels to get some onroad replacements? Do they even make ones that will fit on the front? (they are skinny)

Sounds like a normal RC10. Do a search on eBay for RC10 Championship Edition and look at the pics.

That's it! RC10. I have two of these, one was my brother's. Maybe I should sell his on ebay. Gold chassis and everything. Although, I don't have the white a-arms, just black.

Yes, that's the ORIGINAL RC10, which dates back as much as 20 years(they used the gold tub until about 10 years ago, then finally started using molded composites like Losi started)....

That's the original RC10 except it sound like it had the update composite a arms. That model and the Graphite version different from the Horizon Graphite 10 have the 6gear transmission. It's hard to find 1.9 rims so you may have to use 2.2 rim with 2.2 tires. Try the Duratrax Street Paw, Pro Line Striker were great but were disconinued, next would be the Pro Line Road Hawg if they are available for buggies.

Thanks for the tip on the tires. I've seen those numbers before, but what do they mean? Is that inches wide? Inches diameter?
Anywho, the RC10 also has a stealth transmission, I just noticed. The spare one I have isn't in mint condition, far from it. The Chassis is fine, a couple scratches. One of the front shocks is broken, but they probably all need maintenance. I live in CO, so if anyone wanted to buy it, they would have to pay shipping unless they lived here. If are interested, I can get some pics this week.
Since the condition is what I would call poor, and based on the prices on ebay, I would sell it for $60.00 o.b.o. + shipping. I could probably use the parts for spares if no one will buy it.

Something else to keep in mind... the older rc10's used 1/4" axles. You'll want to make sure you get the wheels that fit 1/4". The newer stuff is 3/16" axles. Or you can switch to the 3/16 stuff by replacing the outer axles and wheel bearings. Not very expensive and you have a larger choice of wheels.
