Well I really would like to get a dedicated set of tools for working on RC. I dont have alot of $$ to spend so I am looking for others input.
Has anyone used the Integy Ti-Nitride stuff? do they have good fitment? Was also thinking about the DuraTrax Ultimate Tool Set. I have used the Hudy tools and I fell inlove with them but they are deffinatly out of my price range.
I would preferably like to find a set on towerhobbies sence I have a gift certificate I can use there.
Thanks in advance.

I was given a set of dtx tools - same experience as blk - they are not what you want.
I invested in set of Thorpe drivers and have never regretted it, they are first rate, fit and finish with hardened tips and free life time resharpening. I've converted everything to hex heads and they see a lot of work, no signs of any wear in almost 2 years of wrenching.

I have driver sets from Associated, Integy and DuraTrax. I've never had a problem with any of them. I did break one DuraTrax tip, but it was my fault and they replaced it. It's been fine since. I really like the Associated set I have. It includes metric and standard and is of very high quality. Most of the companies are selling very good tools. I don't think you can really go wrong with any of the sets out there.
I use AE tools for more than 3 years with absolutely no problem, only the set screw loosen and I thread locked them. I did a review on my web site www.myrcbox.com
I caught the MAC tools truck and bought what I needed off the truck. I do not recommend doing this if you are on a budget. Best tools on the planet though.

I love the Thorp drivers also. I used to use others the duratrax ones, but they gave me blisters. The thorp are easy on my hands and I love the hardened tips.
