i bought a rtr RC10T3 what parts should i upgrade so i could be competitive to race?thanks for your advice

If you going to race, you wont stand a chance in the mod class with that 20 turn motor so get you a good stock motor and a bearing set for the t3.

In addition to the good stock motor and bearings, I would get a high torque, high speed servo. Other than that, you really don't need to do anything else to be competitive except practice practice practice.

Get the bearings first, worry about running in Mod class when you have become a better driver.

Get bearings first. Also get a metal gear servo because you will shred a plastic gear the first time you hit something.
