ok my birthday is coming up its december 8 and i am thinking about a new r/c i cannot decide which one of these i want idk if i want a hurricane xp buggy made by redcat racing or xl-5 stampede i have a volcano stx nitro mt from redcat racing it runs great and i havent had no problems with it

i am trying to keep it in the $230 and down range b/c i have christmas right after and i am wanting hopups for the one that i get so no one say get a jato lol they prob are great trucks i just dont want a jato right now

ok now i am gonna be using it for driving on the road and a little through the grass no major bashing just a couple jumps but the positive thing about the buggy is that my lhs has a onroad course and they run buggies so i could take the buggy and race it a little and also another positive thing about the buggy is it is a lot faster than the stampede but i cannot make up my mind whether i want to get the buggy and race it or get the stampede and just bash it in the yard

Get the buggy. If your local hobby shop runs races for buggies but not the stampede, get the buggy. Sounds like you could bash and race the buggy, but only bash with the stampede.

I would havw to agree on the buggy, nothing wrong with the pede just I prefeer nitro so thats what I would go with and you can race it so thats another plus....
