i am re building my front and rear shocks in my xx with 30 wt shock fluid how much do i put in the shock? i need help fast

OK, calm down. :) Fill the shock all the way to the top, and slowly push the shaft up and down to let air bubbles out. Fill it a little more, then put the cap on. Some will probably spill out, but that's expected. You should be back in business.

That's not necessary for Losi shocks. You fill the shock body with oil just up to the threads first. Next, put the cartridge and shaft/piston in it (leave a small gap between the piston and cartridge) and turn it in a few turns. Next, push the piston in all the way, slowy. Some oil should bleed out. After that, just tighten the cartridge all the way and you're good to go.
Make sure you check for air pockets or excess pressure when you're done building them. If they're not right, just do it again.
