how to set an LRP ipc Sport?

I found an LRP sport speedo in one of my drawers and was going to put it in my rally conversion. I can't figure out how to set it though and I don't know where the manual is. It doesn't seem to set up like a Novak one-touch. Anybody know how this thing sets up?

Thanks, I got it figured out. I was missing one step and things were getting ugly :)
