Hi Guys ,Do you have any suggestions, or know of any product that we can add to our track surface to speed up the process off a blue groove race line ? The track is 100% hard packed clay

Either water, or water and soap mixture to retain moisture. Any surface dirt, carpet, asphalt will have no traction or ideal groove at the beginning but as time goes on more vehicles are run it will begin to develop a good line.
Right now you have just have to wait, then has a groove get worn you might have to change the chassis or tire setup a little.

So if we keep the dust of the track we will get a blue groove happening faster than if it was dusty..The water & soap im guessing stops the dust .We have already spent big $$ on a retic system to keep the clay moist

any pix of the track?..
The only "track conditioner" I ever saw was homemade and used on a dirt oval not an offroad track, he simply took a piece of aluminum angle and cut some metal brake lines at an angle and mounted six used m3 compound bowties and screwed it to the front of his emaxx, I don't have a pic but the tires were kind of like this
// \ / \\, the areas of the track that were packed enough turned out good, the areas that were not packed so good got a 8-10 inch wide rut out of the deal. he tried towing a similar rig but it bounced around to much and didn't really work but may have been better with some weight on it. I guess the trick would be to get the tires to scrub some but still roll freely. This is not a quick solution but each lap would lay down rubber and get the blue groove in much quicker. 19t sprint cars were sliding all over the place before he did this afterwards many guys could wheely off the corners if they wanted so it definetely worked.

At my local track, I know for the on-road section, they spray soda everywhere. Some guys got permission to do this on the clay track on a small section, and simply by spraying coke sparingly over this section they claimed a big improvement in traction..... I guess try it on a small section of track to see what happens...
But, daily watering to keep dust downand simply having people race on it will help alot.
Oh, just remembered. My track has one of those "personal" steamroller drums, which is basically a smooth 55 gallon drum on its side with a handle. They fill it with water, then roll that over the majority of the track to get it packed down before racing.
Anyway, hope it helps.

water it down lightly, lowers dust and improves traction a bit
