Need Help with My Z10

the shocks on my Z10 for some reason get stuck either all the way up or down, i have re-oiled, tried different oils, even rebuilt them like 4 times, they came assembled, so what should i do, send it back. Please help!

It sounds like one of your shock shafts are bent. Disassemble the shock in question and strip everything from the shaft. Roll it on a piece of glass and I think you'll find it's not perfectly straight. Buy a new one - don't try to straighten the old one.
