I'm looking to buy a TB01 or TL01
But I need to know if I can change the pinion gears with it as a stock unit?
or do i need the Racing Motor Mount?
Thanks for your time

So on a stock TL01 you can change the pinions
If I had a 16t or a 26t metric pinion can use them?
can some one help me out on the TB01?

there is 3 pinion choices for it, they are:19t,21t and 23t just remember that they are metric pich pinions and not standard. On another note... you wanna buy my TL01?

The TL01 has positions for three different pinion gears.
The TB01 has four positions. 16(stock), 17, 18 and 19 tooth gears will fit with the stock spur. Optional smaller spurs are available allowing you to go up as high as 25 teeth. A chart is supplied in the kit. (Page 10 in the Impreza kit)

I like it. At first I was going to build it bone stock, well maybe with bearings, and drop in an ESC along with a good stock motor and just run it for fun. But when I saw the full option version in Japan I had to build one too. So I built mine with every option. It looks very cool and it might do well in competition. Our photographer is backed up but as soon as he shoots it I'm going to take it to the track to see what it can do.

thanks GregV for that info!
I seen a few adds for the TB01 and its hop ups
but when I was at Hobbie Towers came across
a few stearing add ons for the TG10 that were in the same section as the TB01.
so I guess they will fit the TB01 too?

Many TG10 parts will fit the TB.
