Has anyone had any problems with the rear CVD dogbone on the B3 ?

They seems to be a bit short & when I run it pretty hard , sometimes one pops out .

It actually chips the outdrive hub when it does this .

Any sugestions ?

I've had problems with the stock dogbones, but not the CVDs. I run the aluminum ones (I think those come w/the FTB3) and I've never seen a problem.

Maybe you have too much down travel and it lets the arms fall so low that the bone falls out.

Did you use the plastic washers to push the axles as far back as they will go? If not then that will be why the bones slip out. You should have one or two plastic washers on the axle and then slip that inside the carrier and that will do the trick. If not then I haven't a clue.
