Has anybody heard that the swaybars for the TA04 are useless, I've had a couple of veteran racers tell me that both sets front and back are useless.
Both of these guys run TA04s and I've seen them whoop on really fast TC3s and Yokomos
so they know what they're talking about.

Swaybars are a tuning aid and sometimes don't help. I wouldn't call the "useless". They generally take traction away from the suspension. If you use them in the rear they will give more front traction and vice versa.

thanks for the input, see the track I run in
is very old pavement, and I've been having all kinds of trouble hooking up in the turns, it's gotten a lot better since I pulled the swaybars, but it seems it bottoms out a lot without them, and that's been shaving a lot of speed, I'm running 60W shock oil and white up front blue rear, tamiya tuned springs. How can I keep it from bottoming out but still retaining traction in the turns.
