Whats the best motor for E_MAXX racing?

I just got back into racing and picked myself up a E_MAXX about 3 months ago...I love it...but I was looking to race with it..Anyone have any tips on motors? [B]null

First, you better find a place to race it. I don't have the truck, and I know very little about it. Trinity has special motors for the E-Maxx, I forgot the name though, but you'll know when you see it.

Well my track has an actual class for E-Maxx's. It is pretty neat to watch. One of the guys that works at my LHS and track runs all different classes. He runs E-Maxx to. His E-Maxx was freakin fast. I aksed him what motors he had and he just had 2 fantom 10 turn motors. I mean it was totally fast. My XXX with a stock motor can keep up pretty good with mod cars but I wasnt even close with him. Just get any low turn mod if you want to go fast.

You may want to look into a new ESC system, and if you are running the VX12 ESC, do not use it, send it back, go to www.traxxas.com (http://www.traxxas.com) and send it in, they have replaced that ESC because it is a junker.

The Titan motors are strong to start off with, but if you invest in the dual rooster combo(by novak) then you can run dual 15 turns, which would get that thing moving right along. If you have not seen, in RCCA(the june issue) it shows you what you can do to get your maxx race ready, it is very informative, and he runs dual Reedy Ti 14 turn motors, which is super strong.
