AE a arms help

Does any one know what the little molded balls on the a arms in the T3 B3 and TC3 kits are for? i just got the TC3 kit at lunch today and i was looking at the book and thay state not to cut the balls off as you trip the parts but it doesent say what they are for or at least i havent found it yet

They are for a swaybar kit. I wouldnt cut them off, because you never know when you'll want a sway bar. It wont hurt the arms strength though.
