When I put 4 good coats of LMF on should I still be able to see through? I drew the outline on the outside and was curious if I will still be able to see it

yup, it dries clear. you will find with that many coats, it will peel off nicely too, but really 2-3 is all you need.

Thanks guys. I have a question

THis is what imma have and my quesiton is the red part, its like the ripping of the metal. Should I paint that at the end?

could someone name the steps in order from what should go first? I know the body color goes first, but should I put all the coats on?

Usually your best bet is to apply your colors from darkest to lightest so that the dark colors don't show through the lighter ones.

When you cut the masking should it all come off in 1 piece? or mostly 1 piece?

Hopefully one piece. For instance, one of the squares on your body in the picture should just peel up as a single piece. If you are having to pick off little bits and pieces and the LM breaks as you are peeling it, then you didn't apply it thick enough.
