what is the best 13 turn motor

i am looking to put a new 13t motor in my rc blackfoot. i just wanted to know what is the best most in expensive motor that i can use if anyone knows i would appreciate it thanks

There is a Monsters of Touring 13x2. I have used their 15x2 with good success. Plus, there only like $17 a pop.
