Battery Chargers

Can anyone recommend a good charger for about $35 or less. What's the most important features to get, I've seen some with voltage meters and I've heard peak chargers are good. Which works best, and will they charge packs up to 2400mah?

The super brain 819 is $40. I charged all six of my matched 2400's on it. It worked good too. I just got a new charger (after more than a year with the 819) and it gives a little more punch and run time that the 819, but Its $80 more. I would defenatly go for the Super brain 819.

P.S. I was winning the Expert class with the 819.
