I was thinking of going with the faskolor paints since I can order them easily from the US, and are pretty cheap. Can these paints be backed with a pactra or tamiya rattle can as the last coat either in silver or black??
Which paints are everyone using??

Yes, you can back the water based faskolor paints with a laquer, you just have to make sure the water based paint is completely dry before you spray on the laquer.

Faskolor is nitro proof up to 20%. Lacquer paints are not. Back your Faskolor with Faskoat sealer to water proof it.
Dry your Faskolor paints and sealer with a hair dryer to heat cure it.

What does heat curing do to the paint that make it better for faskolor paints? (I allready use a hair dryer, but would like a better understanding of it)

Kinda confused on how you worded that... are faskolor paints fine with 20% nitro or lower.. or are they only 20% nitro proof without the sealer? So instead of using Rattle cans to back it just use the Faskoat sealer, that will protect it from nitro and water???

faskolor is the only paint ive seen that as soon as nitro touches it it turns to gooooo no matter the nitro percentage......ive used pactra and laquer paints for years with no probs

Faskolor by it self, should be good for 20% nitro. I always seal with Faskoat, so I don't really know. Heat cure, should make it stick better. Faskoat will dry rubbery and seal the paint from nitro and water.
