here a cheap onroad traxxes spirit 100 buck plus batterys and charger has every thing else off road traxxes stampeed about 150-170 i think plus batterys and charger

cheap electric...do NOT i repeat DO NOT get a spirit if plan on racing ANYTIME soon. The 4-tec is good, look into it :)

the spirit is horabl i hade a rusler and traded it but am byeing the chasey for $35 bucks from one of my friends.its in relly good cond. to

for a biginer hew wants to upgrade i think the new evader by duratrax would be a good investmint i have a ft b3 and a origanle rc10b

Try the Losi XXX-Spec vehicles. Very good quality. Raceable (is that a word? LOL) too.

They said cheap. I dont think the XXX and such count as "cheap" unless you are sponsored or race a lot or something lol.
Over all I'd say the TL01. RCs most versitle chassis. They are off-road/on-road versions, and they can both be changed. Also they can be rallied. Plus who wouldnt advise on Tamiya as a beginner car? And they are easy to build, tune, up grade, run, and all that. Plus Tamiyas have great parts support form dealers, and there are tons of hop-ups. And! Best of all! The chassis is about $90 new and cheaper used! Add $80 (with esc) for radio gear. Probably $40 for 3 entry level batt packs, and $30 for an 15 min. entry level charger. All that and you're set for fun! Not to mention you dont have to buy all that you can get away with an MSC (which comes with the tamiya) for awhile and save some.
