I downloaded that RC 6 prgram and its pretty good. I need to know what my motors rpm is though so i can figure out top speed. The motor is a stock motor. The lable says "Kyosho R/C Sport Racing". The can is gold or yellow, what evr you want to call it. Thanks for any help

I'm guessing that you've got yourself a stock motor and your rpms are most likely around 1800-2100

I think he probably meant 18000-21000 rpms. Possibly more than that actually.

Easy RC 6 is a tool on your computer that calculates things like rollout and gear ratios. It also has a pre race checklist and other cool features too. In the general disscusion forum thers a link to it.

Actually my stock P2k has 30,000 rpms. So your car might have a little more rpms than 21000

A good stock motor should pull around 23,000 revs. My Peak Spitfire pulls 23,000. most NORMAL Stock motors pull int the 21K to 25K range. Find someone with a motor dyno to help you. You can pick up more revs by installing lighter sprongs and some high performance brushes. Hope I helped

DANG TL01, those motors are BARKERS! meaning no bite, look at the dyno on the trinity motors, i have not seen BELOW 27000, and i have seen P2K's run in the 30000, my friends GM3 pulls like 32000, so, maybe you should check again, or maybe it is the volts taht you tested at, and he is right, with the lighter tension springs and new brushes, but remember, that with those springs. less torque is developed, btu with brushes, for stocks, i reccomend the reedy 767's, trinity 4499 and 4070 brushes.
