The "Officially uNoFfICiAL" HPI Challenge....Sept.30-Oct.1 N.J.

Brought to you by Ray Murray and SJCCR crew.

This will be an onroad event only!

The Pimp Squad and I will be hammering out some class guidelines, mostly per '05 HPI Rules.

We'd also like to open it up a bit to "any" chassis in a couple of classes, so others can come have some fun too.

The dates will be September 30th and Oct. 1st and will be held in Williamstown N.J.

UnofFicIaL Classes....

Just throwing these classes out there for all to see. What I really want to do is concentrate on the larger classes so we can get some really good competition in the least amount of classes....These classes would be per the '05 Challenge rules....

Micro Pro

Electric Pro

Nitro Stock

Super Nitro

These would be the "open chassis" classes....

Nitro Modified

Pro Touring (19T, as per ORL2 rules)

The Pro Touring Sedan class is the most popular in our area and would be a sIcK cLaSs....

As mentioned before, I would make note of the HPI cars in the "open classes"
and score them according to how well they do in the class overall.

The entry will be the standard "club" fees of $12. (2/$20)

Stay tuned for any updates or changes.

REVISED 9/4/06

Micro Pro-

This would be an open class in preparation for the East Coast Champs at Pottbelly's in October. Basically, we could run three classes in one.

1. An HPI class as per HPI Challenge rules.
2. An open "brushed" class as per ECC rules.
3. An "brushless" class as per ECC rules.

All can be raced together, but scored seperatly, unless there is enough drivers in each class to justify seperate heats.

Outlaw Touring-

This will be an electric "Run What 'Cha Brung" Touring Car class. (Touring bodies required)

HPI based cars will be scored seperatly, and must run an HPI body to compete for the HPI title.

Nitro Stock-

As per HPI Challenge rules

Nitro Modified-

Rules??? What Rules?????

Super Nitro Modified-

As per HPI Challenge rules

I'll have a seperate pit area for those who wants to share the cost of renting a large generator. Cost will be $10 per person, for the weekend.

When you send me your info, also let me know if you need to use the generator so I know what size unit to get.

Send your class info to RaysTrack@msn.com and put "HPI" in the subject line

Ray,
Where in Williamstown is the track location?

pleaseletmeon34

It's actually Ed LOL, :)

The track is on the Williamstown, Cecil border. The name of the park is Marvin F Wagner. If your headed to AC on the Black Horse Pike the track is on the right hand side. Look for a twin set of LARGE high tension lines (You can't miss them) crossing the pike. The entrance is right before them. Go all the way back past the tennis courts. The track is behind the hockey rink.

Edit; You can mapquest 2083 Black Horse Pike (also known as Rt. 322) Williamstown N.J. 08094

That is the address to the house at the Park entrance......

If you need additional info you can contact Ray on his cell at.... 856.889.3647
