mysteryous tekin charger

ok i was at the track the other day and saw this guy with two small gold tekin chargers with a fairly large lcd screen, then in the hobby shop there was a used one for sale for 50 bucks but since i dunno what it is i didnt get it. its like 3 in long 2in high and a few inches deep its not very large. anyone know what it is and if its any good?

Well, since you didn't give us the model number, it's hard to say just which one it is, but it might be a BC112a, which is Tekin's best charger(the DC-only version). I have one myself, & it works great. If it really is that one & its price there is $50, I'd say go get it! Those things went for about 2 1/2 times that much new..... :)

yeah it was dc only and it was a bc something something i think ill pick it tomorow if its still there how many dc volts does it run on?

It runs on from 12-24 volts. R.W.

it is a BC48. Runs off 12-15v. $50.00 is not a bad price. It's a good charger.
