paint question

hi, a few years ago,towerhobbies had flouresent paint pigment that could be mixed with any clearcoat but i can't remember who made it and towerhobbies no longer has it. does anyone remember this paint pigment?.....thank you... :(

Was it an actual flourescent paint or an additive color?

it was color paint pigment, to make your clear a flouresent color......thanks..
