Its probably an old arguement, but since I sold my Pro 2 and haven't been in TC's for a few months, please give me your Pro and Con's please. While it's nice to hear from everyone, I am really only interested in hearing from people ONLY IF YOU HAVE OWNED/RACED BOTH CARS My track went from being a Pro 2 haven to a TC3 track over the winter. Support is good for both.

Thanks all!

The Pro3 just seems to handle better since it has perfect balance...but the gears get chewed up...chassis flex? Who knows...Then theres the fact that its belt drive which is a pain in the arse...Every once in a while you'll have to replace it, while on the TC3 its just all fun. Not to mention that the TC3 has almost as much companies backing it up as the T-Maxx does. LOTS OF PARTS!!!!! AND UPGRADES!!!!! Plus, you'll probably never have to replace the shaft...not to mention that just about all touring drivers have the TC3, so you can get a set-up from them. The Pro3 has already won many club races, and its begining to replace the TC3 at some tracks unfortunetly, but its the drivers skill that matters. Check out the prices and parts availability, and which looks better to you!!!

The only beef I've had with the HPI is the gearing. I had one for about a month and was constantly going through gears. It may have been the build, but another guy at the track has the same problem. I'll stick with my TC3. Yeah, it has issues too, but I know them and can compensate for them.

If you want to shell out $300 for the factory team, then get that instead of the Pro 3, but if you are on a budget GET THE PROM 3!!!!

the losi should be very good.

i have had a tc3 for about a year now, and have put over 50 hours on it, still runs good. i have played bumper cars alot, and i really havent broken that much. only when you are going very fast, so if you run stock you should, should, be okay.

as for the shaft, i have yet to have a problem. the only real problem like that would be the steering, if you get anything in there it wont move. i have had that happen alot outdoors.

also now with the plastic diff outdrives the whole drivetrain is very light. and they are durable.

and as for arms breaking, the new arms with droop adjustment seem to be alot more durable.

and you dont need the FT. or alot of aftermarket hop ups.

i used to run alot of gpm parts, hubs, knuckles and the battery brace, my car glitched alot, and there was alot of play in the parts. i went back to stock plastic and it was all cured. the only graphite i am now running (After getting the whole package) is the chassis)
