Hung brush. Take out your brushes and spray the comm and the brush hoods and wlean em out with like a q-tip or something. Hope this helps :D

There almost all the same, buggy blast, Moter quencher. Spray out your moter, then take a q-tip and run it through the brush hoots and stick it in to its toucing the com and totate the oter a little http://www.contrabandent.com/pez/cwm/cwm3d/3dsmirk.gif

The most common thing to cause this is worn out brushes. First check to see if they've gotten too short to be pressed on the comm by the springs. If they still look good and long, then check the brush hoods for binding, like Tyler said.

As far as motor cleaner to use. Go down to Checkers or almost any auto parts store and get some Electric Motor spray, not brake cleaner, but Electric Motor Spray. It will be where all the areosols are at. That is what I always used, and it is alot cheaper than the same thing in a can with Kinwald's name on it.
