Each time I change pages, its taking 32-34sec (yes, after several times, I finally timed it with a stopwatch) for the next page to load. I notice the banner advertising to the left of the screen is either blank or has that error that IE can't find that page I requested.
I'm guessing the advertiser is having server probs and I'm timing out on each and every page I request?? Anyone else seeing this or is it just my good fortune? This is the only forum where its happenning so I know its not my PC - UE, One18th, SC, truggyracers etc all run and load normally.
Please contact your advertiser and get what ever prob they are having fixed, I'd like to spend some time here today, got things going on in bst. Later, I guess. I can't stand sitting here for 30+sec on each and every page, lol!!

i had so many problems with "cannot find server" and "internet exploroer must shut down due to..." that i had enough.
After switching to mozilla firefox, i have no use for I.E. anymore, i seriously think I.E. is having major issues..when i couldnt load a page after 2 minutes, ANY page, not just here, and with a 3 meg connection, i knew something was up.
Mozzilla firefox rocks guys, trust me. you'll be glad you switched, and EVERYTHING carries over from I.E., all your favorites, home page, ect..

I.E. works fine for me. It was just this site (all of RCCA, but mostly the home page) that has problems evey now and then.

What's the procedure for switching to Firefox and cost?

Couldn't believe no one had said anything, the waiting was driving me up the wall - was worried it was just me or my PC. Whew!!!

Firefox is free, all you have to do is download it. Here's a link...
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
I personally can't use it all the time because I can't get it to run macromedia shockwave. But besides that it's a 100x better than internet explorer, doesn't crash randomly either!

Yea, I couldn't get to the site all day. All other sites would load fine, so I figured it was just a problem with this site.

has nothing to do with the browser you use... they must have been upgrading/fixing the server the site is on.

agreed, i just found similar problems with other sites as well, also, using google as my home page, i would get "i.e.needs to shut down" so often, that i felt the need to ast least try mozilla.
I have yet to have mozilla shut down, glitch, ect. i think its the better set up, just my opinion tho.
