Costa Mesa, CA – August 17, 2006 -- Hot off the heals of his "A" main appearances at the IFMAR Onroad World Championships and ROAR Onroad Nationals, multi-time National Champion Rick Hohwart of Peak Racing has signed on to campaign Team Associated products. Hohwart has a long history of "A" main finishes and recently has been on a tear in the touring car class. Rick will be utilizing the new prototype Associated touring car
at the upcoming KO Grand Prix and International Indoor Championships. Rick brings years of experience in testing, developing, customer relations and proven results to Team Associated. Hohwart will also return to his roots in offroad along side arguably the most talented group of drivers one team has ever seen. Look for Rick to rekindle his offroad skills this winter utilizing the new GT2, B4, T4 and BJ4.

I've talked to Rick for tech support on Orion's LiPo system. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Does this mean he doesn’t work with Orion anymore? I wonder if he will help AE/Reedy develop their own LiPo system??

left Tamiya for AE???? That new prototype must be quite the car. I see AE's website is selling off FTTC4 saying they are discontinued, so how soon will we be seeing the "prototype" and I can bet it wont be called "TC5"
